On August 9, ICM Solutions became the general sponsor of one of the warmest summer celebrations – "Giminės balius 2025" (Family Ball 2025). This traditional celebration brought together hundreds of people to celebrate, meet long-lost friends, share joy, memories, and sincere communication.
At the celebration, ICM Solutions presented its activities, job opportunities in Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as the values that guide the company both in the workplace and in its interactions with the community. An important rule that applies to all of the company's locations was emphasized: "zero alcohol" during working hours. This principle of responsibility is not only an internal policy, but also a sign of respect for colleagues, customers, and the work culture itself. At the same time, conscious behavior was emphasized during the celebration: a celebration is a place to relax, but always with respect and moderation.
We are delighted to be part of this celebration and to contribute to building community. Events like this help us to come together even more and remind us that behind every business there are people—their stories, connections, and shared desire to create a positive environment both at work and in life.
