One of the most important events in Lithuanian baseball history took place on September 20-27, 2025, when the country's men's national team participated in the European Baseball Championship for the first time. An even more important part of this achievement was that two members of the ICM Group team played in it: project manager Matas Sirgėdas and marketing manager Lukas Sirgėdas.
