We are looking for an experienced dietitian to be responsible for menu planning and the organisation of catering in various establishments. This position is suitable for a responsible, meticulous specialist with a good knowledge of legislation, who is able to plan their work independently and collaborate with the team.
Workplace – Vilnius.
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday work.
- Opening hours: 08:00–17:00.
- The possibility to work in a hybrid model later.
Nature of work
- Create planned menus for social care institutions, hospitals, schools and nurseries.
- To prepare technological cards.
- Adjust menus according to clients' requirements.
- Plan food production processes and control their organisation.
- Work with Valga and Rivile software.
- Ensure compliance with Lithuanian legal acts and MoH requirements.

Requirements
- Dietitian qualification is essential.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian food safety legislation and MoH requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in menu planning; candidates with less experience may also be considered.
- Practical experience in food production organisation.
- Experience working with the „Valga“ and „Rivile“ programmes.
- Accountability, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
