We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth customer service, order administration, and daily communication with clients. This position is suitable for a meticulous, responsible, and communicative person.
Workplace – Vilnius, Naujoji Vilnia.
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday work.
- Working hours: 07:00–15:30 or 08:00–16:30.
Nature of work
- Receive customer enquiries and promptly administer orders.
- Communicate with clients by telephone and email.
- To work with the company's internal systems.
- Draft and administer logistics-related documents.

Requirements
- Higher or further technical education in mathematics, engineering or another exact science.
- Ability to read technical drawings or a willingness to learn.
- Computer literacy.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to communicate in Russian.
- Attention to detail, diligence and good communication skills.
