The ICM Foundation is a support fund for employees of ICM Group companies to provide financial assistance and support to those facing difficult personal or family situations. This fund has been created to ensure that our team members who find themselves in difficult life circumstances receive the necessary support to help them overcome temporary financial problems.

Our aim is to provide support to employees of ICM Group companies who are experiencing to help ICM Group employees who are experiencing difficulties due to financial, health or family problems, as well as other life challenges.
All staff who are facing financial or personal problems, can apply for support. The process is simple and discreet - we aim to, so that every employee can get help without worrying about privacy. Applications are examined according to clear criteria set by the Foundation's Board.
The Board of the Fund is composed of the employees and management of the ICM Group companies themselves members. After receiving the applications, the Board decides on the grants.
